Consultation
During the consultation, you will tell us your ideas about the product you have chosen and we will discuss all the details with you. We prefer a consultation through a personal meeting. For simpler orders, the consultation can also take place by phone.
Design
Based on your requirements, we will process the graphic design of your product. We will send the proposal to your email address for approval. We will correct any deficiencies as quickly as possible and send you a new proposal again.
Order
The graphic design is approved and we can proceed to the order itself. We will review everything with you once more for checking and fine-tune the very last details. After that, your order will go to production.
Handover
Once your order is complete, we can move on to the next point, which is handing over. You can pick up the goods in person at our branch or they will be sent to the address of your choice. After that, you can fully enjoy your new piece in your wardrobe and we will look forward to further cooperation.

Máte dárkové poukazy?
Ano, nabízíme dárkové poukazy v předem daných hodnotách 500 Kč, 1000 Kč, 2000 Kč a 5000 Kč. Zákazníci si také mohou zvolit individuální částku dle svých potřeb.
Pro zakázkovou výrobu umíme vystavit poukaz na konkrétní produkt, například cyklistický set na přání. Po domluvě s obdarovaným upřesníme detaily a vyčíslíme zakázku dárci. Po úhradě pak zahájíme výrobu.
Poukazy zasíláme elektronicky nebo kurýrem, stačí nám dát vědět, co vám nejlépe vyhovuje!
